State of the art facilities, personnel and equipment insure timely, accurate, and cost effective production of your order.  Equipment includes impact and hydraulic shearing equipment to 60 ft, redundant indoor and outdoor overhead crane systems, the most modern stirrup, combination line shearing/bending, straight bending, and radius bending equipment available today.  Shop bar handling and processing capabilities exist through bar size #18 Grade 60 - in lengths of up to 60 ft.

Supervisory, scheduling, and skilled trade personnel have many years of experience in the industry.  Production quality control and load out review techniques assure your order is correct and complete.  Our production and delivery scheduling personnel are able to check the status of your order at all times and fully coordinate delivery plans to meet your needs.

Timely and dependable delivery of your order is achieved by operating multiple production shifts as necessary, and maintaining full in-house delivery capability using our own fleet of tractors, trailers, and drivers.

Inventory is maintained at high levels to assure we can respond to your needs.  We are fully integrated with aSa Micro station CAD system from the original entry of your order through the delivery and field tagging process.  This assures complete order shipments that tie to your installation drawings, minimizing field questions and mistakes.
